Prospects

- Must OBVIOUSLY be registered on this website.
- Must always be showing the "prospect" bottom rocker on their clothing. ( no exceptions no excuses )
- Must ride and own a bike. ( Having trouble finding a good one? We can help you out.)
- Level doesn't officially matter (but it will help you get voted in if you're not lvl 3 )
- IMPORTANT - it is the prospects responsibility to not only friend the other prospects in their crew BUT all the patched members too. There is a list in the online section of everyone in your active crew.
- Never Kill, attack, or BOMB another member or their vehicle. Period. (remember those people you're pissing off when you do that hold your vote in their hands.)
- Always have your mic charged and ready to go even if you don't want to say much. It's rough out there and we need to communicate or we will fail. Period.
- Any member with a full patch on their back has the authority to command, reprimand, instruct or punish a prospect at any time for any reason.
- Prospects may attend general meetings, they don't however "Get to vote."
- When in the club house or in attendance with gaming members Only bring American style bikes ( No cars, no planes ) Failure to adhere to this rule could cause unnecessary damages to you and your property.
- No shit talking to other MC's during battles. You, don't have the authority to speak for the club. This counts for SOCIAL CLUB and The WEBSITE or ANY WEBSITE.
- There is no mandatory prospecting time. We decide if and when you're ready.
- Successful candidates are 17/18 years old and UP.
- Friendship - We need our members to remain loyal to "our club" having friends in other crews is okay, however if they are a club rival or other MC, you must have DJMC prospect, set as your active crew at all times. Assisting our enemies will not be tolerated. Sharing knowledge with players outside the club will not be tolerated. Starting beef's on behalf of the club will NOT be tolerated.

-Prospects do not get a vote, but are encouraged to participate in discussions during meetings. This will help show the club what you have to offer if you are patched in.

Lastly, even though you aren't a full member of DJMC as a prospect, you still represent our club. People still see you rocking the DJMC tags. Through this some people will respect you. Others will try everything to kill you and picture scope your patch. Never act in a way that compromises the club. Any questions regarding any of this can be addressed to any member.

DARK JESTERS MOTORCYCLE CLUB

- Have your patch showing at all times. Tattoo's are okay as long as the patch is visible. It should be an Honor to rep the brand. Under the circumstance that for some reason you don't have your patch and bike when rolling with the crew. ANY MEMBER of ANY RANK has the authority to tell you to go get it on before you continue. It is any members responsibility to enforce this. If you have a full patch that means YOU. *If there are 4 or more members in a lobby, ride your bikes and never let a members ride alone.

- Do not come to the clubhouse without your bike or patch. If you do expect your car to be destroyed and to be beaten to death. If you're patched, you know the rules.

- Club decisions like "Beefs" are set to votes No one member even the president has the authority to start large scale feuds or conflicts without a club vote. This is called "Green lighting" .

- If a member of another crew wrongs a member, they have wronged every person with that patch on their back. It's your duty and honor, to understand this. In the case that the MEMBERS friends from other crews become "High Profile Offenders" Aiding them could compromise our club and therefore could lead to a vote of dismissal.

- At meetings, Talk ONE AT A TIME. When the people who are directing the flow of the meetings, IE PREZ RC VP OFF, be respectful and S.T.H.U for a couple minutes. Doing so really helps get the boring logistical stuff out of the way so we can have more FUN. It just makes sense and is respectful.

- Don't bring cops to meetings, there is no excuse.

- FULL MEMBERS need to at least have a mic (even if they don't want to use it)

- Never kill another member without permission.

- Never harm another members property.

- Treat all members with the proper respect regardless of personal feelings. (We don't all get along 100% of the time after all, doing so shows self respect AND club RESPECT)

- Regarding club relations, if another club has wronged you to the point where you want to go full on hell fire on them. Bring it to the table. Vote on it. We have lost members in the past for dismissal votes, for reasons of trying to barter peace or war without the permission of the club. We vote on issues, Period. No one member has the authority to make social decisions with other MC's without a proper vote at our table. There is a ZERO tolerance policy for this. Doing so will almost guarantee your dismissal vote.

- Proxy votes are acceptable IF you can't attend meetings for real life reasons.

- Once a vote is passed, if you missed the meeting or didn't proxy your chance to vote has also passed. Sorry.

- Vouching for members to add to the prospect pool reflects on YOU, at DJMC we have a sponsorship program for new members. (As an example, I vouched for "Random" what they do looks bad on me.) with that being said, be sure the people you want to put forward for membership are legit. That isn't a decision to be taken lightly.

- Honor our Alliances until notified otherwise. ( Following this forum will be a forum outlining our Alliances and beefs.)

- We are an MC, not an army. Tanks, Jets, buzzards, and heavy weapons are only to be use as a LAST RESORT. We are better than that, our skills, communication, and tactical organization should be enough to defeat any opposition.

-For most issues, every full patch member has a vote and is encouraged to participate in all discussions. If needed, officers will meet to discuss serious issues before bringing them to the club.

- OFFICERS - Promotions are subject to vote once a week at the normal time. No one Officer has the authority to promote or demote a patched member without bringing it to the table. This will not be tolerated and is unacceptable. The people who hold officers position have to be trusted to operate our websites and protocol properly. This is valid "Regardless of your rank"

*Remember, if you have a patch you are a JESTER. If you're a JESTER you're a JESTER for a reason. Every member has the responsibility to enforce our rules. Promotions aren't on a time table basis, so it's your effort and true grit that we measure. Your worth to the club. Remember also that we are Jesters, but we're also friends too. Argument's may happen but we're a family of sorts. Remember every family fights. Be a Man get past it, take a breath and carry on.
